Yo @npub1cn4…g3vle @npub1ex7…qvyt9, I recently orange-pilled someone and referred them to setup an account with Strike because of the ease of use of your app.

Hearing back now that they got verified and after sending the first payment and an email questionaire their account got permanently closed, and that the decision is final 👀 Not really the onboarding experience I hoped for them. Any idea how to fix this? 😅
