My judgement would be mainly based on their dealings with american three letter agencies. Mass surveilance and thought controll - the totalitarian distopian stuff. But those deals are unknown for the most part. My guess is that Google is the worst, even though their products suck less than competition, in terms of usability.

I have a feeling that Microsoft is in decline. Maybe it 10 years they will meet the fate of Nokia. Same with Meta.
