@npub1tva…g2yl5 thank you so much to clarify this misconcept but in the end pixel remain one of the best smartphone with an overall bad default OS for privacy and secure. Other android device didn't have so much appeal to me for the same reasons that you write in the forum.

Pixel stock OS is more secure than any smartphone OS other than specially configured iOS or especially GrapheneOS.
Privacy of other Google Mobile Services devices (i.e. devices with standard Google Play integration) is worse. Those have the same baseline Google app and service integration deep into the OS along with being on older Android versions with weaker privacy and having other apps/services bundled by the OEM.
