And not just autopen. Not just FJB.

I seem to recall some situation where a WIFE may have signed something? Or an assistant? FDR?

BUT this wouldn't include casual correspondence. It's only relevant for actual instantiation of LAWS or PROCLAMATIONS or other such official declarations. IS it true that they require the live signature of the President to be valid?
