The send to email functionality is only present if you confirmed your e-mail address.
Go to settings, add your e-mail address, confirm it and the Send to Email button will show up.

On another note, maybe we should allow to send to email without the sender having a linked email address. This way, you could send SATs by email to anybody and can decide to add as a message any data that you want. So, you can add an email address as comment to receiver or remain fully anonymous.

The limit here is the length of the text message. We need to have a message that informs the receiver and include a link that is long enough so it can not be easily brute forced.
