I had to create a whitelist filter for the replies because Gmail was overly aggressive about keeping them out of my Inbox for some reason. I think once the ticket is created, you should be able to log into the Help Desk website to interact with it, even if the emails don’t make it through. I’d appreciate knowing how it works out for you - I’ve played 2 games to their required levels and am waiting for their 30 days to run out to (hopefully) get the sats.
Are you talking about the games thru the Adjoe (or whatever it's called) system? I haven't been able to get any rewards from those games so I just stopped playing them. ☹️ Having better luck thru the Playtime system but there are several games not rewarding.
Actually, they were AdGem (Family Island and Merge Garden). I’ve been having good luck with AdGem - download a game, play the tutorial, get sats (it’s about 50/50 whether that works), and getting level rewards in Alice’s Dream Merge Island. It’s the “Turn Your Skill Into Sats” callout.

The other callout (“Tap, Play, Earn”) takes me to the Playtime URL and I’ve only had 1-3 games show up, and the one I tried didn’t pay out so I stopped going there.

Interesting we’re having opposite experiences I’m on iOS, so that probably has something to do with it.
