If you would like a truly Global feed, go to
Log in there and then go to settings and relays. Under "Global" add every relay that exists. Don't leave any out. No, a list of all relays doesn't really exist anywhere either, so good luck finding them all.

Then you'll need to ask all the read restricted ones to give you permission to read from them. Some of them may require you to pay for that privilege, so be ready to cough up some sats.…
