I'm reading my phone's EULA right now. It says that my phone may display 3rd party materials. It also says that I must agree not to distribute these third party materials. If I choose to interpret a meme as one of those third party materials, then the EULA seems to be saying that I am not allowed to share any memes I download on my phone.

I am not happy with this wording. It isn't very transparent to me, and that irritates me. In the future I will make sure that any phone I get has a EULA that I can understand better, or I'll probably just get a different phone.
