First jog in the new Brooks running shoes. I'm a total beginner here, but feeling good! My goal is to run about 10 to 15 miles over the course of next month while also maintaining my 30 mile walking goal. Keep us small, keep it simple. But overtime this will add up!

That being said, Garmin told me this was my fastest mile time. 😂 We've got work to do. Hopefully I can look back at this with some considerable improvement on the future.
